Welcome to what we call a Heritage "Light" sale- these are sales that are smaller but still have a charm to them. Heather will be running this one so if you have questions please text her at 407-506-4585.

Being a 5th generation Floridian, I am drawn to sales that have Florida ties- the owner grew up in DeFuniak Springs in northern Florida near Destin.  Her father was a bridge inspector and prior to that was a swimmer at Weeki Wachee as well as an announcer with the local radio station. We'll have pictures, scrapbooks, and paper ephemera from the '60s, '50s, and further back.

This sale has been quite a challenge to set up. There is a LOT of stuff and not much space in this tiny home! We have done our best to display and price but confines will be tight and just due to the sheer quantity probably many things will be unpriced or prices will be posted on signs taped up around the home. If you have a question just ask- I'll be happy to help. Please be courteous of others and be safe!

Please Note- The two sheds do not have air conditioning and by the afternoon get quite hot even with fans- I would suggest coming early and dressing for the heat! This is one of many challenges this sale has presented. The house itself is quite small- basically 3 small rooms and a smaller kitchen- please respect everyone's space- the air conditioner in the house is not very strong so please close the door after you enter/leave. Heritage Sales and Appraisals welcomes
you to yet another lovely sale!
